At koi, we want you to love your medical apparel; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and secure it to your package.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed, unworn garments with all original koi happiness tags intact into the original shipping bag or a sturdy box.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
